Shipping Policy

•Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We currently ship to 5 countries – UAE, KSA, USA, UK, and Australia.

We will be adding more countries to the list.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur.

•Shipping Fees

A Standard shipping fee of 4 USD is applied for shipping to UAE, KSA, UK, USA and Australia

•Return Shipping Fees

If you wish to return a shipment, you can use our paid return service. A Standard shipping fee of 5 USD is applied for return shipping from UAE, KSA, UK, USA, and Australia.

• “Why is shipping time 10-14 days?”

Our office and mini-warehouse are based in Dubai, UAE. We stock only limited quantities and models in Dubai. These stocks are used to fulfill orders in the UAE. However, we want to offer our customers a larger spectrum of cuter, vintage baby clothes at an affordable shipping rate, hence we have warehoused everything at our central warehouse in Guangzhou, and is shipped out from there. This helps us to reduce our warehousing, handling, and shipping charges, and these savings are passed on to our lovely customers. 

We strive to ship out your packages at the earliest so that you may receive them as soon as possible.  

•I didn't get all of my items.

In order for you to receive your items as soon as possible sometimes we ship out Items separately according to availability at no additional cost. 

•Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?

If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at hello@sugarplum.ae within 2 hours of placing the order.

We will do our best to help you. If your order has not been shipped yet, it should not be a problem to make changes.

There's a 2 hours window for changes to be made once the order is placed. After that, some changes may not be honored.
