We want you and your plum to be really happywith your order. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with the items youreceived, we gladly accept returns within 7 of receipt of the item, provided itis undamaged, unused, and in original packaging.
If you wish to cancel the order, kindly makesure to cancel the order before it has been shipped. Once the item is shippedfrom our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled.
All items shipped to UAE and KSA can be returned using our paidreturn service, within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The Paid Return Service is charged USD 5.00 / AED 18.37 (This will be deducted from therefund amount.)
1. You may return the items via our paidpick-up service.
2. Once you file a return request, our courier partner willcollect your parcel containing the items you wish to exchange or return.
3. Upon receipt of your return request, one of our plums akateam members will contact you to arrange the pickup of the item(s).
4. The pickup will be arranged within 3-5 working days.
5. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
6. We do not accept returned items that havebeen sent back without proper return requests.
7. Kindly note that the items must be unused, must not be brokenor damaged, and in their original package. Certain items are non-returnable,please refer to the product list in the clause below.
